Viper Headwear, LLC wants to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product, it is the incorrect size, or you would like to exchange it for another product we will gladly accept your unworn/unwashed product back.

WHAT IF I HAVE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?

If you ever experience an issue with a Viper Headwear, LLC product outside of normal wear and tear, please contact us in order to discuss an exchange or return.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN/exchange?

We will gladly accept returns exchanges for any unused/unwashed products. Simply send the product(s) to:

Please use the box it was shipped in or some other box that will protect it from being crushed/damaged during shipment. Please provide a short description of what you would like us to do (i.e. Return or Exchange, size, etc) We will process your exchange/return as soon as we can. We will contact you if the item you want to exchange your order for is currently unavailable.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer.

We utilize encryption/security software to safeguard the confidentiality of personal information we collect from unauthorized access or disclosure. Our values, ethical standards, policies and practices are committed to the protection of customer information and we will never share information collected with any outside entity except as required by law. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

WHAT IS SHIPPING GOING TO COST ME?

Viper Headwear, LLC exclusively uses the United States Postal Service for shipping. Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout. Our hats are very light weight, so we recommend using the First Class option, when available, as it is the most affordable, includes Tracking information, and only makes a difference of about a day over Priority Shipping

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT?

All orders are sent in the order that they were received, and we will do what we can to get orders out as soon as possible. We shoot for a 2-3 days turnaround, but if orders are taking longer than that because of higher volume in sales we will display our current times on the website. www.viperheadwear.com
